PATRIC MILLER RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL SERVICES
We offer a variety of dumpsters in different sizes to help you tackle a job of any size. Dumpsters are delivered directly to your address by our professional drivers, with lumber placed under the dumpster wheels to protect your driveway or pavement.
We offer light demolition services such as garage take downs, concrete steps, driveways and patios. Demolition projects require a permit, which is the responsibility of the homeowner to acquire from the city where the job is located.
Scheduled and emergency street sweeping and snow removal void permits. It is the homeowner’s & contractor’s responsibility to inform the office once signs are placed, so we may remove the dumpsters from the street. If no notice is given, and fines are incurred, all fines and penalties will be passed on to the customer.

Needed a dumpster last minute for a project. Contacted Patrick Miller and at first my request didn’t go through due to an error on my part, called them and they ended up getting me in last minute. I use Patrick Miller Roll-Off for my construction company and my own home projects. They are always friendly, accommodating, on time, and great at what they do. I've used plenty of other companies for roll-offs but PMR is in a class by themselves.
I found them after calling around because all other companies refused to take on a project we had because we needed several dumpsters on a week. Patrick Miller said "no problem." They were able to accommodate a large demo job with multiple pick ups and drop offs on the same day, on the WEEKEND. Also, they are so care with our customers property; placing wood blocking under their dumpsters to minimize damage on the driveways. This makes a big difference to me as a contractor. Their drivers have a great can-do attitude when tasked with dropping the roll-off in tight spaces. Their willingness to do this is not commonly found in my experience. Them doing this really makes the work my crew has to do much easier and less time consuming. That saves me money.

Ordered a 10 yard for a deck demo. The order process with Megan was great. Payment process was very easy. The communication was wonderful with Megan and the auto generated texts and emails. I had a great experience working with Patrick Miller Roll-Off. I called and spoke with Megan explaining I needed a 10-yard dumpster to put cement in for a concrete stoop - and that I needed it in 24 hours. In fact, they did not have a 10-yard dumpster in the time-frame I needed it, therefore, they supplied a 20-yard dumpster because they did not have a 10-yard available in 24 hours. That said, they only charged me for the 10-yard, promising that we would only be dumping 10-yards worth of concrete inside. Megan sent over the paperwork which took me a few minutes to sign and pay. It was communicated to me when the drop off would be and when the truck left it's location via text so I knew around what time it would be arriving. I needed the truck by 7:00 am, therefore, they dropped it off the night before and the next day picked up the dumpster in the evening. It was a seamless experience. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and would absolutely use them again. Also, it's a family run business which I love supporting.

I would highly recommend Patrick Miller Roll-Off Services. We are a local roofing company and we use their roll-off dumpsters quite often. The company is quick to respond and always on time with the dumpster. They make the process of ordering a dumpster very easy. Once your order is paid for they send you an email confirmation. The day before delivery they send out a reminder that the dumpster will be arriving the next day and how you should prepare for its arrival. Day of delivery they send out of text to POC to let you know they are 30 minutes out. They are quick to retrieve the dumpster when pickup is needed.
